Proma is a BA.LLB student at Symbiosis Law School, Noida.

Prior to this, she interned at Migration Asylum Project, International Justice Mission, Vidhi Centre, India Justice Report, The Dialogue, and Policy Access. She also worked with the Office of Legislative Advisor Mr. Pravir Srivastava. She has a deep passion for social justice and legal advocacy. During her internship, she also gained valuable experience working closely with women survivors of trafficking.

At MAP, she works as a Research Associate and will assist in the Labour Migration and Mobility Project (LMM).
