Pooja holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Drafting, Negotiation, and Enforcement of Contracts from the prestigious National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad in 2021. Prior to that, she completed her law degree at Amity Law School, Noida in 2018 and undergraduate studies from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University in 2015. She has previously worked with Ms. Kamna Vohra, Additional Standing Counsel, Criminal, at the High Court of Delhi, Lawfinity Solutions, L&L Partners and Vaish Associates, as well as at BSES Rajdhani Private Limited.
At MAP, Pooja began working as a Research Assistant for Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV) project in April 2023. Later, she worked as a Legal Consultant at MAP, where she gained both academic and field expertise in the areas of women's rights, access to justice, and migration. She is now a Catalyst for Change Fellow, assisting the Migrant Workers Programme.
