Neha is a seasoned Human Resources (HR) professional with over a decade of rich experience in the HR, Administration and Operations across development and corporate sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Law from IME College, a Master's in Political Science from Indira Gandhi University and graduated from Delhi University.  

Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse national and international organizations i.e. CREA, Pathfinder International, Project Concern International, Deepalaya, and R. K. Associates Pvt. Ltd. Her expertise lies in optimizing efficiency, HR management, and strategic planning.  

At MAP as Manager (People and Operations) she works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Management, focusing on organizational development and HR needs. She will lead talent acquisition, learning and development, performance assessments, and welfare initiatives.
