Manini has completed her masters from AJK Mass Communication and Research Centre, Jamia Millia Islamia and bachelors from University of Delhi. She has also completed the Young India Fellowship in the year 2020. Before joining MAP, Manini worked at Jhpiego, a John Hopkins affiliated non-profit, Brookings India and Tata Trusts. She is also an accomplished Mohiniyattam dancer and is part of Guru Bharati Shivaji’s troupe. At MAP, Manini is a Senior Fellow associated with the Migrant Worker Project.
